About SeekingSeeking.com is the world’s largest premium dating platform. Our business is as much data science and AI as it is storytelling, creative execution, and the science of human connection. We are scaling our marketing organization rapidly across Digital, Lifecycle, and Growth — spanning Advertising, Media Buying, Creative, Content Production, Copywriting, Videography & Editing, Multimedia Graphics, Social Media, and SEO.
The RoleWe need a Social Media Specialist who owns the entire content pipeline — strategy, capture, edit, publish, and measure — and can either execute solo for a small production or lead a small team for a larger one.
This is a hands-on role. You will help plan the calendar, write the captions, run shoots, cut the video, post it, respond to the comments, read the numbers, and come back with a better plan the next day.
You don’t need a huge team around you to execute. You’re proactive, collaborative, creative, and excited to both create content yourself and help guide a growing social team to make each campaign stronger than the last.
Why This Hire MattersSocial is one of the highest-leverage surfaces. We are looking for an operator who is great at every step of the pipeline and can produce at the volume and velocity modern social demands.
If you’re someone who loves turning ideas into content and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, this role could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who can think strategically, create confidently, and help bring campaigns to life across platforms — from Reels and TikToks to carousels, event content, and influencer moments.
