ABOUT THE ROLE
Maids.cc is the GCC's leading home services platform, and we're looking for a Social Media Scaler to own the organic growth of our brand across 10–15 Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn pages spanning the UAE, wider GCC, Philippines, and beyond. You will report directly to the CMO and be the single accountable owner of every page — from strategy and content calendar to execution, testing, and team leadership. This is a builder role: we want someone who has scaled pages before and is hungry to do it again, bigger.
CORE KPIs
Organic Reach — Per-post reach growth across all pages
Engagement Rate — Likes, comments, shares & saves per page
Follower Growth — Net new followers per page, per month
Viral Coefficient — Share rate and content amplification
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own the end-to-end performance of 10–15 social pages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for the maids.cc and maids.at brands
Build, manage, and develop a team of 3–4 content creators and social media coordinators, including hiring, briefing, and performance management
Develop and maintain a structured monthly content calendar tailored to each market (UAE, GCC, Philippines, and additional countries)
Craft and iterate on hooks, formats, and creative concepts designed to stop the scroll and drive organic reach
Research and apply platform algorithm changes across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and LinkedIn to maintain and grow distribution
Design and run structured A/B content tests — testing hooks, formats, captions, posting times, and content types — and document learnings
Localise content strategy by market: tone, language, cultural references, and audience-specific pain points across the GCC and Philippines
Identify and brief UGC opportunities, creator collaborations, and community engagement tactics to accelerate organic follower growth
Track, analyse, and report weekly on performance metrics per page; derive insights and translate them into actionable strategy changes
Stay ahead of content trends, viral formats, and emerging features on each platform; be first to test and adopt high-potential formats
Collaborate with the CMO and paid media team to ensure organic and paid messaging are aligned
Manage content production workflows: briefing, review cycles, approvals, and publishing across all pages
REQUIREMENTS
Proven track record of growing at least one social page from low to significant scale (please share examples and numbers in your application)
Deep, hands-on understanding of how Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn algorithms work organically
Experience leading or managing a small creative team
Strong instinct for hooks — knows within seconds whether a piece of content will earn attention
Experience building and running structured content calendars across multiple accounts simultaneously
Ability to brief, review, and give clear creative direction to videographers, designers, and writers
Analytical mindset — comfortable in analytics dashboards; able to read performance data and adjust strategy rapidly
Experience designing content tests with clear hypotheses, variables, and outcome measurement
Understanding of virality mechanics: shareability, emotional triggers, format loops, and trend-jacking
Experience with multi-market or multi-language content is a strong advantage
Excellent written communication in English; Arabic or Tagalog is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-moving, output-driven environment where results matter more than process
NICE TO HAVE
Hands-on video editing or short-form video production experience (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
Familiarity with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Metricool, Sprout Social, native platform analytics)
Prior experience in the home services, gig economy, or marketplace category
Existing network of UGC creators or micro-influencers in the GCC or Philippines
Experience working across both B2C and B2B social content (for LinkedIn in particular)
