Tradeify is a fast-growing fintech platform giving traders capital, elite tools, and a high-performance ecosystem. Social media is our #1 growth channel and a core driver of customer acquisition.
We’re looking for a highly entrepreneurial Social Media Manager who treats social as a scalable growth engine — not just a content channel.
Role OverviewAs Social Media Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of Tradeify’s social presence across platforms like X (Twitter), TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels.
This is a player-coach role — you will both execute high-impact growth tactics yourself and lead a small team of social media ICs, guiding them to operate with speed, creativity, and accountability.
You’ll leverage AI, automation, and growth-hacking tactics to drive follower growth, engagement, and trader acquisition — while building systems that scale beyond any single person.

Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or high-performance communities
Experience scaling accounts past 100K+ or 500K+ followers
Experience building AI-driven or automated content systems

Work at the intersection of fintech, trading, and internet culture
