    Job Overview:
We’re seeking a creative, analytical, and hands-on Social Media Expert to lead and execute social media strategies for all three brands. This role involves content planning,trend mapping, engagement building, analytics, paid campaigns and performance optimization. You will be storytelling for impact, using platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more to drive traffic, community engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
• Develop distinct, brand-aligned social media strategies for each brand across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, and emerging platforms.
• Define platform-specific goals
• Build monthly/quarterly content calendars integrated with campaign launches, events, product releases, and seasonal themes.
2. Content Creation & Management
• Plan, design, and publish high-quality content — including reels, carousels, stories, posts, and long-form videos — for each brand.
• Collaborate with design and video teams to produce engaging visual and video content.
• Write engaging and platform-optimised captions, CTAs, and copy tailored for each brand and audience segment.
• Repurpose blog, podcast, and event content for social distribution.
3. Engagement & Community Building
• Actively manage and grow brand communities on all social platforms.
• Respond to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions in a timely, on-brand manner.
• Engage with relevant hashtags, influencers, and niche communities to increase brand visibility.
• Drive UGC (User-Generated Content) campaigns, testimonials, and shout-outs
4. Performance Analysis & Optimization
• Monitor platform insights, engagement rates, audience growth, and content reach.
• Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio, Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
• Create monthly reports with actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
• Continuously A/B test formats, hashtags, posting times, and content types to improve reach and ROI.
5. Trendspotting & Innovation

• Stay on top of platform algorithm changes, social trends, meme culture, and emerging features.
• Experiment with new content styles (e.g., storytelling reels, audio formats, LinkedIn carousels).
• Recommend platform expansion opportunities (e.g., Pinterest for Glampies, Twitter Spaces for Leanpitch, YouTube Shorts for BeAthlit).
6. Paid Campaigns & Lead Generation
• Plan, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube to drive lead generation for Leanpitch programs, Glampies and BeAthlit events.
• Create ad creatives and copy in coordination with the design and content teams that resonate with target audiences.
• Define audience segments and targeting parameters based on user personas, interests, behaviors, and lookalikes.
• Monitor key metrics like CTR, CPL, conversion rate, ROAS, and bounce rate across platforms and funnel stages.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, headlines, CTAs, and audiences to improve ad performance.
• Allocate and manage ad budgets effectively across platforms and campaigns while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Set up tracking (UTMs, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, etc.) and integrate campaigns with analytics tools and CRM forms for full-funnel attribution.
• Launch retargeting campaigns to re-engage warm audiences and improve
conversion rates.





Requirements
3–6+ years of end-to-end social media management across diverse brands or industries.
• Strong portfolio of social media content, campaigns, or accounts you’ve managed.
• Excellent understanding of platform-specific content styles and audience behavior.
• Hands-on with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or equivalent content tools.
• Strong storytelling skills — both visual and written — with high attention to detail.
• Data-driven decision-maker with fluency in interpreting analytics and adjusting strategies.
Familiarity with social media tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Planoly, or CreatorStudio.
• Experience working across B2B and B2C/lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
