Description

Coralogix is a modern, full-stack observability platform transforming how businesses process and understand their data. Our unique architecture powers in-stream analytics without reliance on expensive indexing or hot storage. We specialize in comprehensive monitoring of logs, metrics, trace and security events with features such as APM, RUM, SIEM, Kubernetes monitoring and more, all enhancing operational efficiency and reducing observability spend by up to 70%.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you'll support the execution of Coralogix's social media presence across platforms, helping bring our brand to life for an audience of engineers and technical leaders in reliability, observability, and scale.

You'll work closely with the Demand Generation team to execute content, manage day-to-day social activity, and support campaigns across key moments in the buyer journey, including conferences and industry events.

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute and schedule content across brand accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Bluesky, LinkedIn, X, and emerging platforms) using SproutSocial
  • Support the development and execution of social media initiatives that drive awareness and engagement across NORAM and EMEA markets
  • Track and report on performance metrics, surfacing insights that inform ongoing content decisions
  • Write and produce social content posts, stories, graphics briefs — that translate complex technical concepts into content worth sharing
  • Collaborate with content, design, DevRel, and marketing teams to execute campaigns and support broader marketing initiatives
  • Support field and event marketing efforts helping coordinate pre-event buzz, speaker promotions, live coverage, and post-event recaps
  • Manage community interactions monitoring comments and DMs, flagging key conversations, and responding within approved brand voice guidelines
  • Research emerging trends, tools, and competitor approaches and bring recommendations to the team for review and prioritization
  • Help maintain and grow the EveryoneSocial employee advocacy program — curating shareable content and supporting advocate onboarding
Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience managing social media channels for a B2B tech, SaaS, or developer-focused company.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing brand accounts across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Instagram, and Bluesky.
  • Hands-on experience with Sprout Social (or similar enterprise scheduling and analytics tools like Hootsuite or HubSpot)
  • Experience supporting employee advocacy programs (familiarity with EveryoneSocial or similar platforms)
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a proven ability to translate complex, highly technical concepts into engaging, digestible social content.
  • Experience writing clear creative/graphics briefs for designers, with basic hands-on design skills (e.g., Canva, Figma, or Adobe Suite) for quick wins.
  • Ability to pull performance metrics, analyze data, and turn numbers into actionable content insights and reports.
  • Experience executing campaigns tailored to regional nuances across NORAM and EMEA markets.
  • Experience in community management—monitoring DMs/comments, handling customer/developer sentiment, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Experience supporting event marketing, including live-tweeting/posting, promoting speakers, and executing post-event recap campaigns.
  • Ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams, including Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Developer Relations (DevRel).
  • Highly curious about the digital landscape, with a knack for spotting emerging platforms, algorithm changes, and internet trends early.

Cultural Fit

We’re seeking candidates who are hungry, humble, and smart. Coralogix fosters a culture of innovation and continuous learning, where team members are encouraged to challenge the status quo and contribute to our shared mission. If you thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to shape the future of observability solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

Compensation and rewards

  • This is a freelance/contract position requiring a commitment of 20–30 hours per week at a flat rate of $50 per hour.

Coralogix is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
