Job DescriptionAs a Social Media Community Specialist you will support and grow the company’s online brand through community interactions, sports focused content, and engaging campaigns.
As a member of the Brand Marketing team your focus on community engagement, interaction, and content will support the brand’s continued growth. Your passion for sports, knowledge of sports betting, and pulse on current trends will allow you to be successfully take on the brand’s voice to cultivate proactive engagement through various social media channels.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during peak sporting events.
The salary range for this is $58,000 - $70,000 annually.
Qualifications- A strong passion for sports and a deep understanding of sports culture and history.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices for community management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice to fit the brand.
- A willingness to learn about sports betting and its components.
- Proven experience in social media management or community engagement is beneficial.
- Engaging with our audience across multiple social media channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, using the brand's specific tone and voice.
- Creating and curating compelling content that resonates with our sports-loving community, promoting brand awareness and storytelling.
- Monitoring social media trends and conversations related to sports and sports betting, ensuring our content remains relevant and engaging.
- Responding to audience inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner, fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our overall brand strategy.
- Staying informed about various sports, pop culture, and trends.
- Learning and understanding the components of sports betting to effectively communicate with our audience and enhance engagement.
