At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.
Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.
Social Media and Communications ManagerWe’re looking for a Social Media + Communications Manager to bring Moxie’s brand to life across our organic channels. This role owns the daily voice of Moxie — shaping how we show up on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Scale Society, and in the inboxes of prospects and customers.
You’ll also be stepping into a high-visibility role that blends creativity and strategy. You won’t just execute content — you’ll shape a narrative, deepen engagement, and help drive real business outcomes through nurture and community touchpoints.
This role sits within our Marketing team and will work closely with Growth, Advocacy, and Events. As we transition key channels away from agency support, you’ll build the foundation for a more agile, integrated, and authentic brand presence.
1. Build a consistent, high-impact organic social presence.
Take ownership of Moxie’s Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn, driving brand visibility, credibility, and follower growth.
2. Strengthen communication with prospects and customers.
Lead newsletters and nurture programs that improve open rates, click-throughs, and conversion throughout the funnel.
3. Bring community engagement to life.
Moderate and elevate Scale Society and social comment interactions — creating belonging, spark, and two-way dialogue.
4. Improve marketing team agility and execution.
Own social, email, and community execution with clear reporting, insights, and experimentation to help the team move faster.
5. Reduce reliance on agency vendors while increasing resonance.
Create a steady drumbeat of content that feels authentically Moxie — rooted in our customers, data, and evolving brand identity.
