Build a generational brand. Make Farren feel like it's everywhere.

About Farren

We’re an early-stage, high growth, AI-native startup on a mission to reshape the way people train, move, and feel. We believe fitness is the ultimate unlock for living well—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Backed by proven founders and deeply committed to our mission, we’re building something bold, human, and deeply personal. We’re in stealth for now. But we’re moving fast—and building to last.

Description

At Farren, we're building the most personal coach you've ever had. One that fits your real life. Farren is an AI-powered training platform that adapts to your schedule, your goals, your injuries, and your energy. We combine human coaching principles with adaptive AI to deliver structured weekly plans, real-time adjustments, and meaningful feedback. All in one focused experience. Our mission: make elite-level coaching accessible, flexible, and built for longevity.

Farren is looking for a Social Media and Community Manager with a specific ambition: make Farren feel like it's everywhere.

Not just present. Everywhere. The brand that people see in their feed, hear about from their coach, run into at their gym, and talk about with their friends. Your job is to build the kind of following that doesn't just grow. It compounds. Loyal, vocal, and genuinely bought in.

This role is equal parts content machine and community builder. You'll have the leverage of the best AI content tools available, letting you focus your energy on the work that needs a human’s touch. And you'll be out in the real world: in gyms, at events, in conversations, building the kind of trust that no algorithm can manufacture.

What you’ll own

  • Farren's entire social media presence: strategy, content creation, publishing, and growth across Instagram, TikTok, and whatever comes next.
  • Helping to build a brand that feels like a cult in the best possible sense: one people want to be part of, talk about, and bring their friends into.
  • Flooding the zone with content. Real, specific, resonant content produced at high volume using AI tools, templates, and strong creative instincts.
  • Growing Farren's audience from early days to a community with real gravity. Measurable follower growth, engagement rates, and word-of-mouth velocity.
  • Being a physical presence in Denver/Boulder: showing up at gyms, studios, and fitness communities to represent the brand in person.
  • Planning and executing in-person events: workouts, meetups, and activations that make people feel like they're part of something.
  • Building relationships with Farren's partner coaches and their communities, helping them grow alongside the brand.
  • Community management across DMs, comments, and replies. Keep the community feeling alive, seen, and valued.
  • Tracking what's working. You own the metrics: reach, engagement, follower growth, event attendance, community sentiment.

What we’re looking for

  • You've built a brand's social presence from scratch before. Not inherited an audience. Built one.
  • You have a content creator's instincts: you know what stops a scroll, what earns a share, and what builds genuine loyalty over time.
  • You're fluent in AI content tools and use them to produce more, faster. Volume and quality are not a tradeoff for you.
  • You're a natural in a room. Meeting strangers, building rapport, representing a brand in person: this is where you're most alive.
  • You've run in-person events, even scrappy ones. You know how to make people feel welcomed and like they belong.
  • You're based in Denver/Boulder and excited to be out in the community regularly.
  • You are self-directed. You don't need a content calendar handed to you. You build it.
  • Passion for fitness or wellness isn't required, but it helps. Our community can tell the difference.
