Visual & Graphic Content
- Design branded social graphics, carousels, and stories across platforms
- Maintain visual consistency while pushing creative boundaries
- Adapt brand assets into platform-native formats quickly and efficiently
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and short-form copy
- Translate leadership ideas, blogs, and initiatives into social-friendly messaging
- Craft hooks, CTAs, and concise storytelling that drives engagement
- Create and edit Reels, Shorts, and TikToks from concept to execution
- Edit video using tools like CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar
- Add text overlays, captions, pacing, and visual rhythm
- Stay current on trends while keeping content authentic, not gimmicky
- Repurpose long-form content into high-impact social assets
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and leadership teams
- Understand what performs on each platform and why
- Balance speed with quality and intention
- Own and manage external partners and vendors
- A strong visual storyteller with great taste
- A confident writer who understands brand voice and tone
- Comfortable on the creative side of short-form video and graphics
- Platform-native: you know what works on Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and beyond
- Organized, proactive, and fast-moving
- Curious, collaborative, and open to feedback
- Energized by building a brand, not just posting content
- Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva (advanced)
- Video: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent
- Writing: clear, concise, and brand-aware
- Social platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube Shorts
- Bonus: basic analytics awareness, motion graphics, photography
