The Site Manager is responsible for the on-site coordination, supervision, and execution of construction or project activities. This role ensures that the project progresses according to schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Site Managers serve as the primary point of contact between the field team, subcontractors, and upper management, providing day-to-day leadership to drive productivity, resolve issues, and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

   •   Project Oversight & Execution:

      •   Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards.

      •   Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors for efficient site operations.

      •   Track daily progress and maintain site logs and documentation.

   •   Scheduling & Planning:

      •   Develop and manage short-term schedules aligned with overall project timelines.

      •   Anticipate resource needs and adjust plans as required to meet deadlines.

   •   Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:

      •   Enforce all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a zero-incident worksite.

      •   Conduct regular safety meetings, inspections, and audits.

   •   Quality Control:

      •   Inspect work for quality and compliance with specifications and codes.

      •   Identify and address deficiencies or non-conforming work promptly.

   •   Team Leadership & Communication:

      •   Lead site crews and subcontractors effectively, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

      •   Serve as liaison between site personnel, project management, clients, and other stakeholders.

      •   Report on project status, issues, and milestones regularly.

   •   Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

      •   Quickly assess and resolve field-level issues to minimize disruptions.

      •   Make informed decisions that support project goals and company standards.
