What You’ll Get to Do
Provide functional leadership and subject matter expertise to a geographically dispersed team of specialized signals analysts and software developers providing matrixed support to several high impact and technically challenging programs. Provide strategic leadership to maintain and expand unique analysis expertise that enables program and mission success for internal CACI programs and direct customer contracts.

- Perform specialized analysis and coordinate with internal teams and customer representatives to ensure excellent results
- Provide functional leadership in coordination with program managers and senior leaders:
- Represent the team’s unique capabilities to CACI program managers and customers
- Coordinate with project leads to ensure effective task execution, providing advice on resource allocations and ensuring on-time deliveries
- Provide requirements, guidance, and direction that enables effective processing and specialized tools development
- Support efforts to identify, recruit, and hire exceptional talent
- Contribute to CACI strategic efforts that benefit from analysis expertise:
- Represent the team to senior leadership, coordinate with customers
- Identify innovative solutions that lead to new business opportunities and advance CACI’s reputation for excellence
- Contribute to proposals, IRAD efforts
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Fill in this section: Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical data analysis. Familiarity with signal externals and internals, and parameter characterization
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in management of technical teams, preferably small teams with specialized skills
- Minimum 10 years’ experience with Intelligence Community customers and processes
- TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Required Skills:
- Technical writing and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Ability to collaborate effectively with program managers and senior leadership
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

The proposed salary range for this position is:
