The ServiceNow ITOM Architect will design, architect, and deliver scalable ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring performance, governance, and integration across enterprise systems.
Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and lead end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Discovery, and CMDB
Define ITOM architecture, CMDB governance, and data models
Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications using Scoped Applications, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and IntegrationHub
Lead integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and monitoring tools
Ensure platform scalability, performance optimization, security, and compliance
Provide technical leadership, architecture reviews, and guidance to development teams
Translate business and operational requirements into technical solutions
Support presales activities including solution design, estimations, and technical workshops
8+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise
Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB)
Strong JavaScript scripting skills (Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and enterprise integrations
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and monitoring tools
