We're looking for a skilled and motivated Service Plumber to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining the plumbing systems that keep residential and commercial properties running smoothly—from water distribution to wastewater disposal.
What You’ll DoPut your residential and/or commercial plumbing experience to work on a variety of projects
Help customers make smart, lasting decisions about their plumbing systems—and earn commission while doing it
Solve problems on the fly and deliver solutions that make a real difference
Bonus if you hold a Journeyman or Master Plumbing License—but not required
2+ years of plumbing field experience and are looking for a place to grow, thrive, and be supported
A valid driver’s license
Solid tech skills—you’re comfortable using tablets and learning new software on the job
Safety is your top priority, and you follow OSHA guidelines and safe work practices at all times
You’re physically able to: sit, stand, walk, stoop, talk, hear, and use your hands throughout the day
Comfortable working on ladders, in tight crawlspaces, and in both hot and cold environments
Able to regularly lift and move 50+ lbs
Willing to work outdoors in all seasons depending on the job requirements
Base pay ranges from $75,000 to $120,000, based on your skills, experience, and location
Additional commission and incentive opportunities available

The pay for this position is $75,000- $120,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
