Seer is a remote-first agency and a Certified B-Corp, with team members across the country. If an office environment is more your style, this position can also sit in our HQ office in Philadelphia. We can only consider candidates based in the US who can work continental US-based hours.
Role Description
This is a full-time, salaried W2 position with Seer Interactive — not a freelance or contractor role.
This role is 100% dedicated to supporting a single enterprise client, seamlessly integrating as an extension of their team. You will collaborate across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Design to drive strategic SEO & GEO initiatives that impact business growth at scale.
This position is aligned to a client engagement that currently runs through December 31, 2026, with anticipated renewal into 2027. While dedicated to one client, you are a full Seer employee with access to benefits, professional development, and internal mobility opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies aligned to specific Product Areas, balancing non-brand growth with brand authority goals
- Map content and optimization efforts across the full customer journey (Awareness, Consideration, Decision)
- Support Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) initiatives to improve visibility in AI-driven search experiences, including AI Overviews and entity-based search results
- Conduct advanced keyword, topic, and entity research to inform strategic roadmaps
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Vertex AI, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to enhance research, briefing, analysis, and workflow efficiency while applying strong human judgment
- Create detailed SEO briefs and optimization frameworks to guide content development
- Optimize content to ensure semantic depth, structured integrity, and alignment with SEO best practices
- Perform technical and content QA to ensure integrity of launches and updates
- Monitor performance across GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms to identify risks, opportunities, and growth trends
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to a unified organic growth system across teams
Specifics
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss business updates and ad hoc support needed
- Attend meetings with Product Owners and other Client team members to divide and conquer tasks, including pulling data to support internal asks
- Attend weekly calls with Analytics team and contribute insights to reporting cadences
- Maintain and evolve keyword and entity tracking frameworks, including identifying emerging AI-influenced search trends Keyword organization: regular keyword tracking updates and modifications & research supporting new keyword tracking
- Content Publishing
- Content implementation: own updating pages and adding snippets throughout the website, proactively identify opportunities to optimize poorly ranking pages for high-value keywords, manage the content process for both Client and Seer-driven outline process flows and centralizing management
- Support experimentation initiatives that explore the impact of AI on user behavior and search visibility
Minimum Qualifications
- Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experience may be equally valuable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years of SEO relevant work experience in an agency or enterprise environment digital growth marketing, designing and managing brand campaigns
- 5 years of experience designing and managing brand campaigns
- Experience adapting SEO strategies to AI-driven search changes and critically evaluate outputs
- Experience using AI tools (Gemini, Vertex, ChatGPT, etc.) to enhance workflows responsibly
- Strong analytical skills and comfort translating performance data into strategic recommendations
Preferred Qualifications

- Experience growing subscription businesses either in B2B or B2C environment
- Strong understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to deliver multi-touch attribution, remarketing and other advanced campaigns

- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.
- Excellent process and project management skills with the ability to set goals and systematically prioritize growth initiatives
- Experience growing subscription businesses either in B2B or B2C environment
- Strong understanding of the technical infrastructure needed to deliver multi-touch attribution, remarketing and other advanced campaigns
- Experience developing relationships and working collaboratively with multiple cross-functional partners
- Experience using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform growth strategy, roadmap, prioritization, etc.

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000-$75,000 annually. Your final offered compensation will be determined by your skills and experience
