The Resmed Global Marketing team orchestrates campaigns, programs, and experiences for a variety of external audiences. This role will be focused on our search engine portfolio and its efficiency & efficacy on delivering holistic results for our Consumer, Provider, and Brand teams for one of our key regions as part of the Digital Marketing team.

This is a “hands on” role that will involve working with our Global Search Engine Optimization Leader to define and build a holistic SEO strategy for one of our key regions. This person will be responsible for a range of activities including Content SEO, Technical SEO, Localized Regional SEO, Management of Local Search Listings, KPI alignment, target setting, and more. 

This role is best-fit for a marketing leader who is passionate about the evolution of search engine marketing and has a desire to architect the future of how Resmed approaches search engine optimization in an ever-changing landscape, particularly with a future-leaning focus on the generative search experience.  

You will help define the Resmed Search Engine Optimization strategy at the regional level for our Consumer, Provider, and Brand teams by understanding our users, our products, and our platform.

You will be integral in managing our agency and vendor stack, relevant channels & key partners, and be one of the primary day-to-day points of contact for SEO Strategy and Activation within Resmed as it relates to ongoing search engine education. You will be instrumental in helping to elevate the level of search engine conversations within the organization and during stakeholder meetings when search engine behavior and tactics are being discussed, as well as helping to identify new revenue growth opportunities.   

You’ll be responsible for working with the Global Search Engine Optimization Lead to design region-specific SEO roadmaps that enhance capabilities around increasing brand awareness, perception, and driving search engine traffic through to owned digital properties. Additionally, you will partner within Global Marketing with Consumer Marketing, Provider Marketing, Brand Marketing, Creative, MOPs, as well as your peers within Digital Marketing. Outside of Marketing, you’ll partner with Product, Revenue, and Privacy teams to deliver comprehensive and integrated media strategies that drive acquisition, education, engagement, and expansion of our relationships, and improving overall adoption. 

Core Responsibilities:  

  • Focus on the overall health and growth of the Search Engine channel portfolio specific to Organic Search, including quality content, technical, authority, and search generative experience. 

  • Strategy and execution support of Search Engine Optimization strategy roadmaps as defined by yourself and the Global SEO Lead. 

  • Bring executional knowledge of the Search Engine landscape (Keyword research, Content Strategy, Technical SEO, On-Site SEO, Local SEO, Google Algorithm Updates, etc.) to the team and organization 

  • Build and execute Testing Roadmaps to drive internal stakeholder success within Search Engine, particularly focusing on brand building & acquisition metrics 

  • Deliver clear story and vision driven by Analytical work, using numbers and data to clearly inform and dictate strategy 

  • Maintain accountability for QA procedures across upcoming, live and ending campaigns 

  • Continually make and implement recommendations for optimizing programs, and additional investment in time and money in line with strategic direction. 

  • Work cross-functionally with leaders on the SEO team, as well as the larger product, marketing, sales, data science, and insights to unlock new growth opportunities. 

  • Own and enhance Organic Search KPIs and reporting cadence to drive data-based optimizations and inform stakeholders on overall Organic Search performance on monthly and quarterly basis. 

  • Interface with Strategy and Activation teams to respond to learn how we communicate service offerings, and to identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion 

  • Embrace and encourage a culture based on teamwork, collaboration, and intellectual curiosities 

  • Lead regular knowledge share sessions to present and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance 

  • Ensure team operations and internal client deliverables are commensurate with their goals and strategic vision of the audience and line of business

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • 8+ years of experience in developing integrated DTC & B2B search strategies. 

  • Relevant experience with SEO-related Content Strategy, and experience working with creative and copywriting teams to achieve marketing goals

  • Relevant experience with Technical and On-Site SEO, and experience working with IT and Web Experience teams to implement technical changes

  • Relevant experience with Local SEO platforms such as Google Business Profiles, as well as local search aggregators

  • Relevant experience working with regionalized SEO strategies

  • Familiarity with Web Analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console

  • Familiarity with SEO tools/platforms including Screaming Frog, SEMRUSH, and potentially others 

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.  

  • A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.  

  • Knowledge and interest in new and emerging healthcare technologies. 

  • Prior agency-side or in-house agency experience is helpful.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $116,000.00 - $174,000.00 USD Annual

For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
