So far, we’ve rebuilt the Big Three consumer finance products from scratch: loans, credit cards and car finance. We get money into our customers’ hands in minutes instead of days.

We’re growing fast, and there’s a lot more to do: we’re going after the two biggest Western markets (UK and US) where trillions worth of financial products are held by big banks with dated systems and painful processes.

1. Take ownership across a broad remit. You are trusted to make decisions that drive a material impact on the direction and success of Lendable from day 1

3. Build the best technology in-house, using new data sources, machine learning and AI to make machines do the heavy lifting

As our SEO / GEO Content Manager, you'll be the driver behind all our search results and AI output optimisation strategy and implementation in the US. Reporting to the Senior SEO / GEO Content Manager, you'll own the full stack of creating ideas through to production of our SEO and GEO efforts to drive organic growth and revenue for all our US products.

You'll be part of a lean, high-performing team of operators. At Lendable, individual contributors wear many hats. We ask ourselves: what's the most impactful thing I can achieve this week? And then own that thing end to end. You'll lead research on the latest trends in SEO and GEO for important patterns, acting on the most important areas that we need to drive growth.

This role combines traditional SEO skills with the fast evolving landscape of AI results optimisation (or ‘Generative Engine Optimisation’ / GEO) and is for someone that wants to be right on the edge of innovation, understanding this new and changeable technology and acting on those ideas in a fast-paced team.

We're looking for someone who takes ownership, spots creative opportunities others miss, and gets genuinely excited about turning ideas into business value.

What you’ll be doing

• Research and implement the latest best practice in SEO / GEO writing

• Understand deeply the traditional search and AI search landscape for insights

• Stay ahead of consumer trends, serving them with the best information possible to serve their needs.

• Analyse and understand industry peer content strategies for valuable insights

• Conduct research into our target audience to deepen our knowledge of applicable topics to write content about

• Develop and deploy high-quality innovative content for credit cards and loans.

• Source and build a suite of AI copywriters to help you produce 1st drafts of content.

• Transform customer review data and market insights into high-converting creative concepts.

• Source, design and submit applications for industry awards across different themes and products.

• A development opportunity will be managing offsite link building programs.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on SEO and GEO experience (strategy + execution) in finance

• Experience managing cross-brand or multi-product SEO content

• Ability to brief, manage and evolve the output of AI copywriting tools

• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO tools (e.g. GSC, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)

• Familiarity with CMS platforms like Contentful
