Senior/Principal Consultant – Workday Integrations

As a Workday Integrations Consultant you will: 

• Leverage your business acumen and technical expertise to partner with clients, aligning requirements with Workday solutions  

• Lead integration design sessions with clients to define desired business outcomes 

• Advise, develop, test, deploy, and manage Workday integration solutions 

• Guide clients through the intersection of business and IT solutions, providing efficient and effective options to streamline operations 

• Develop detailed integration and process designs that bring solutions to life 

• Navigate projects of varying size, complexity, and interdependency 

• Be resourceful, innovative, efficient, and deliver with confidence 

Basic Qualifications 

• A passion for technical challenges combined with Workday integrations experience, including with Workday Studio 

• Proficiency in XML, XSLT and web service technologies such as REST, SOAP, and more 

• Deep understanding of Workday’s Integration Toolset 

• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical topics into simple, easy to understand language  

• Expertise in building strong partnerships and embracing a team-oriented approach to drive collective success 

• Thrive in a fast-paced and engaging environment while delivering to timelines and mitigating risks 

• Must live in the United States and be authorized to work without sponsorship 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Workday consulting experience in either an internal/customer or external/partner role 

• Prior Workday HCM deployment experience as an integration workstream lead   

• Experience with Workday Prism or Extend 

• Bachelor’s degree

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $100,000 - $175,000.  Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
