Use data analytics to monitor, forecast, and improve benefits utilization and drive innovation and employee-centric solutions that support well-being, engagement and retention. Serve as the Chairperson of Experian’s U.S. Retirement Plan Committee (ensuring strong governance, member outcomes, and fiduciary stewardship).
  • Be a key member of Experian’s Global Reward Council, shaping global reward philosophy and harmonizing programs and practices across the globe. Maintain strong reward governance and controls, ensuring consistency of decisions, documentation, and alignment with global standards.

  • Champion pay equity and pay transparency initiatives to strengthen organizational trust, enhance employee engagement and mitigate legal and reputational risks. Implement responsible data, analytics, and reporting frameworks to manage emerging pay transparency and pay equity regulations across states.
  • Leverage advanced analytics - including AI‑enabled modeling - to drive pay decisions, market intelligence, and scenario analysis.
  • Partner with HR Operations and Systems teams to optimize reward programs, analytics and manager/employee self-service. Represent the Reward function during Experian’s Oracle Cloud transformation.
  • Lead on implementation and governance of career framework and performance enablement evolution with high-performance reward alignment for North America. Align reward frameworks with evolving skills‑based career structures and performance models, ensuring clear linkages between skills, performance, and reward outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Finance and HR Business Partners to align reward decisions with people strategy, headcount planning and budget processes.
  • Drive modern, digital‑first communication strategies to increase manager capability, pay literacy, and understanding of benefits across the workforce.
  • Stay informed on market trends, legislative changes, and emerging best practices in reward management (particularly Generative and Agentic AI) for technology-focused global organizations.
