The Impact You Will Make:

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer Specialist with strong strategic instincts to lead the design of intuitive, elegant, and user-centered digital experiences. In this role, you'll partner closely with stakeholders to create engaging design solutions that drive business outcomes for our partners. You'll own and contribute to highly visible UX design projects from strategy and research through execution, while applying UX thinking at scale.

Through wireframes, prototypes, and testing, you will define, communicate, and validate design strategies that drive our core KPIs and elevate our products. Fluency in responsive design, UX methodologies, and design systems are required in this role, while a collaborative mindset and knowledge of current UX/UI trends will ensure your success.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do:

  • Lead and execute UX/UI design for key product initiatives
  • Develop and apply UX strategy that aligns user needs with business objectives
  • Translate partner needs and business goals into thoughtful design solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Contribute to and evolve design systems, patterns, and standards across multiple brands.
  • Conduct and operationalize user research, usability testing, and analytic insights
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Content, Development, and Marketing teams
  • Advocate for human-centered design and UX best practices.
  • Mentor other designers through collaborative and impactful design feedback
  • Present and collaborate on design with stakeholders and leadership

  • You've shipped multiple high-performing designs that demonstrably improve user interaction metrics
  • Your strategic design contributions have influenced product direction and created new opportunities for the business
  • You've elevated the design practice through mentorship, with junior designers showing measurable growth in their craft

  • Strategic influence on product roadmap and organizational design maturity
  • Quality of design deliverables and strategic recommendations
  • Peer and stakeholder feedback on design impact and collaboration

What You’ll Bring to the Team

Experience That Matters Most:

  • 4–6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Web Design, or Digital Product Design
  • submission of a portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, full-life-cycle design thinking and polished creative marketing design
  • Experience designing for web and/or mobile products at scale
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CC, or similar
  • Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual marketing design
  • Ability to balance user needs, client needs, and business objectives
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills while working in fast-paced, collaborative environments

Experience That’s Great to Have:

  • Experience with usability testing, UX research, user data analytics.
  • Familiarity with data-informed decision making or experimentation-led design
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Implementation, integration, or front-end development skills
  • Experience with Enterprise Content Management Systems (CMS)
