About OfficeSpace:

OfficeSpace is the AI workplace management platform that helps teams plan, connect, and perform in the modern workplace. As a performance-based, PE-backed company, we hire based on merit and a willingness to do what it takes to succeed long-term. You’re a great fit for the role if you’re entrepreneurial, passionate, motivated by building at light speed, and an Agentic AI early adopter. Our world-class teams operate in the US, Canada, and Costa Rica in a culture of trust, respect, growth, and impact.

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Designer to join the OfficeSpace Software Product Design Team. This role requires a proactive designer who thrives in collaborative environments, takes ownership of projects with minimal oversight, and partners seamlessly with developers and cross-functional peers. You will be instrumental in shaping and maintaining our universal design system in Figma, integrating AI into design workflows, and ensuring our workplace solutions are intuitive, scalable, and future-ready.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead end-to-end design for projects, from discovery and ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure high-quality, feasible implementations.
  • Proactively identify design opportunities, anticipate challenges, and drive projects forward with little supervision.
  • Build, maintain, and evolve the OfficeSpace universal design system in Figma, ensuring scalability, accessibility, and developer alignment.
  • Incorporate AI tools and methodologies to accelerate workflows, test new ideas, and elevate the quality of design solutions.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback synthesis to guide design decisions.
  • Advocate for accessibility best practices (WCAG standards) across all projects.
What We’re Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, ideally within SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong expertise in Figma, with a proven track record of building and scaling design systems.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, with minimal oversight, while delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong collaboration skills with developers, product managers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience integrating or experimenting with AI tools in the design process (e.g., for research synthesis, prototyping, or creative exploration).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work across web and mobile platforms.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and articulating design decisions to diverse audiences.
Nice to Have
  • Experience designing with or for AI-powered products.
  • Background in universal design systems or multi-product ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of hybrid workplace tools, enterprise software, or data-heavy interfaces.
