Sr. UX Designer 

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who will bring curiosity, craft, and creativity to our team. Your work will raise the UX bar across multiple platforms and help define the shopping experience on the websites and native apps for one of the most iconic brands in the world. You will be an advocate for end-users and a partner with our product and engineering teams. You will help lead internal design projects, developing compelling solutions and well-crafted designs that feel effortless to use, promoting engagement and loyalty across our global platforms.  

We are a fun, collaborative group, and we take pride in bringing our authentic selves to work each day. We are looking for another great team player ready to jump in and make an impact. You will report to the Director of UX Design and work remotely from anywhere in the US. 

About the Job

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Consumer Insights, Engineering, Global Brand, Marketing, Cluster Business, and other team members 

  • Deliver usable, accessible, and engaging experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical considerations across web and mobile platforms  

  • Create clear user experience vision, user journeys, end to end-user flows, wireframes, mockups, UI specifications, and prototypes  

  • Articulate ideas and concepts and communicate them for internal leaders, partners, and customers 

  • Use insights, data, and great craft to build trust in your work and in design thinking methods 

  • Partner with our insights and data teams, using qualitative and quantitative user insights to unearth pain points and opportunities, and inform and validate design decisions 

  • Evangelize UX and design thinking best practices to our partners  

  • Manage multiple design projects leveraging our Design System wherever possible 

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and dynamic design culture
     

About You

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience in a modern product development environment 

  • Experience designing successful consumer-facing experiences  

  • Expert in the following disciplines: interaction design, information architecture, UI design, visual design, motion design, service design, storytelling, and prototyping 

  • Expertise with web and mobile technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solution 

  • Highly proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud 

  • Experience facilitating design workshops 

  • Four-year degree in Human-Computer Interaction, graphic design, or other relevant field 

  • Strong portfolio of web and native app design that shows the depth of your experience  
     

 This is a remote position

The expected starting salary range for this role is $97,800- $147,300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
