Senior Transaction Manager
Job Description Summary
Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management oversight for complex and/or prominent portfolios of properties in the Americas on behalf of a global corporate service client(s). Ensures consistent quality of service/ work product: market optimization planning and monitoring internal/external workflows. Responsible for budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking of all transactions as well as reporting profitability results to the Account Director and/or senior management.
Job Description
• Collaborate with C&W and non-C&W brokerage professionals to ensure effective negotiations of business terms for a wide variety of transactions including lease, sale, sublease, and purchase
• Align C&W service areas with clients’ other real estate functions to ensure consistency
• Manage the flow of key documentation and client communications
• Work with the client's operational groups at all levels to identify real estate needs
• Prepare, review, and interpret financial analysis/accounting concepts; report all transaction revenue
• Ensure the accuracy of all transaction reports and client materials
• Facilitate client meetings, present transaction activity to client/C&W management, and participate in all client/C&W business reviews
• Provide supervision for team members supporting the transaction activity of the relationship Process Management Process/program management, development, and implementation
• Create standardized processes that create maximum efficiencies and add value
• Ensures continuous improvement of standard forms and procedures
• Develop performance measurements for internal benchmarking
• Create and implement account operations manual/playbook Transaction Management Manage transaction service delivery
• Coordinate and manage transaction teams
• Oversee/manage field broker selection process
• Determine clients' needs and communicate project parameters
• Oversee negotiations and management of transactions
• Collaborate with the portfolio administration team to help ensure data accuracy
• Coordinate legal review of all client leased/owned documents
• Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reporting
• Resolve landlord/tenant disputes
• Coordinate client site visits/market tours
• Ensure all state real estate standards are met
• Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking of all transactions
• Manage client rebate account Strategic Planning Assist in the development of strategic plans and provide strategic real estate advice to clients
• Identify occupancy cost savings strategies
• Aids in the development of occupancy expansion/contraction strategies
• Ensure implementation of agreed-upon strategy
• Produce and/or support business case development
• Prepare reports, data, and financial analyses toward the completion of a strategic plan
• Execute strategies by developing and/or adhering to action plans
• Quantify and report on occupancy cost savings and value add analyses

IMPORTANT EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
IMPORTANT EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 5-7 years at senior level or other similar capacity
• Client, P&L, and contract management experience
• Experience in the management of an integrated services account, including Integrated Facility
Management, Project & Development Services, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, and Strategic Consulting.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $148,750.00 - $175,000.00
