Our primary technology, supporting our ATARS product, enables pilots to simulate the cognitive challenges of flying while accessing realistic, scalable training in dynamic outdoor environments.

We are seeking a full-time Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on hardware engineering, software engineering, and product roles.

This role will sit onsite at our Denver office 2 days per week and partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent team to deliver exceptional talent across a variety of highly technical disciplines.

You’ll manage full-cycle recruiting, from intake to offer, for complex engineering positions while providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hardware, software, and product roles including intake, sourcing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.

  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements, team goals, and project context to refine ideal candidate profiles.

  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive technical talent through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals.

  • Conduct technical screens and assess candidate fit relative to role requirements and Red 6’s mission and culture.

  • Manage candidate communication with urgency and professionalism through all stages of the process.

  • Track metrics and progress through Ashby ATS, maintaining accurate candidate data and notes.

  • Support team initiatives around employer branding and process optimization as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.

  • Proven success recruiting for hardware, software, or product engineering roles.

  • Strong sourcing ability (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, GitHub, etc.) with a focus on quality and speed.

  • Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO at least 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience partnering directly with engineering leaders and hiring teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience recruiting within defense, aerospace, AR/VR, or hardware systems industries.

  • Experience using Ashby ATS.
