Role OverviewWe’re at an inflection point as the company continues to grow rapidly, and we’re investing in building a stronger, more scalable Talent function. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition partner who can step in and elevate how we hire across the business.
In this role, you’ll work directly with leaders to understand their hiring needs, bring structure and insight to the recruiting process, and ensure we’re consistently bringing in high-caliber talent. You’ll balance strategy with execution building thoughtful approaches while staying close to the day-to-day.

ResponsibilitiesDrive full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from initial sourcing through to offer negotiation and close
Partner closely with engineering and recruiting leadership to align on hiring needs, role requirements, and team culture
Proactively identify and engage high-caliber engineering talent using advanced and creative sourcing strategies
Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical areasManage the candidate experience end-to-end, including outreach, screening, and guiding candidates through interviews
Represent the company’s technical brand and value proposition effectively to both active and passive candidates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in the ATS while leveraging metrics to track and improve recruiting performance
Continuously refine recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data insights and team feedback
Support and participate in recruiting events, meetups, career fairs, and campus initiatives
Contribute to broader recruiting projects and ad hoc initiatives as the team scales
5+ years of experience owning full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles
Ability to operate effectively in high-growth, fast-paced environments, ideally within a tech startup
Strong sourcing capabilities, with experience engaging candidates through creative and strategic outreach approaches
Adaptable and responsive, with the ability to continuously refine outreach and targeting strategies based on market insights and hiring feedback
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
High level of drive and persistence in identifying and connecting with top talent
Demonstrated success in building and managing diverse candidate pipelines
