You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging top talent to partnering with hiring managers and enhancing our employer brand. You'll join a collaborative, remote Talent Acquisition R&D team hiring across Engineering, Product Management, Design, and Program Management.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of complex technical roles, using creative strategies to attract and engage top talent.
- Design and execute comprehensive sourcing plans, translating hiring requirements into targeted candidate profiles.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to strengthen our talent pool research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and leverage data-driven insights to influence hiring decisions.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, and Talent Branding.
- 8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with a strong preference for in-house recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting in the Polish market and across EMEA.
- A consultative, customer-focused approach with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong research skills and a proactive, inquisitive mindset.
- Collaborative team player who elevates others and contributes to a positive team culture.
- Curiosity and understanding of the software/technology industry.
- Experience using data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies.
- Genuine passion for DEI hiring and building inclusive teams.
