About Infleqtion

Infleqtion harnesses the power of quantum to expand human potential.

We design, build, and sell quantum computers, precision sensors, and software, commercializing atom–based quantum products that deliver orders-of-magnitude improvement in computing, sensing, and timing applications. Our technologies support breakthroughs across artificial intelligence, national security, energy optimization, scientific discovery, material science, and space exploration.

As the world’s only full-spectrum quantum company, Infleqtion operates at the intersection of science and scalability. Our teams in Boulder, Chicago, Madison, Oxford, and Melbourne are building quantum systems that transform research into reality and accelerate the world’s quantum advantage.

At Infleqtion, we’re building the quantum future one atom at a time.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who can lead from the front - someone who knows how to attract and select brilliant minds that change industries. This role partners closely with leadership across engineering, research, and operations to build the teams driving our global quantum mission.

You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized and technical roles, designing and executing strategies that meet aggressive growth goals while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.

You’ll bring both vision and hustle - building strategy, relationships, and results in equal measure

If you thrive in environments where ambition meets precision, and where your work directly shapes the future of technology, you’ll fit right in. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on ownership. You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting, supported by a collaborative executive team and cross-functional partners. The right person will balance strategy and execution with equal energy from designing sourcing plans to closing world-class talent.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders across multiple time zones to define hiring priorities and deliver on high-impact technical searches.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and competitive talent pools — from quantum physicists to embedded systems engineers.
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, outreach, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, influencing decisions through market insight and data-driven guidance.
  • Champion Infleqtion’s employer brand by showcasing our mission, technology, and people across global markets.
  • Provide leadership with regular analytics and hiring metrics to drive strategy and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment with employment laws globally.

Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience recruiting for complex technical or scientific roles, ideally within quantum, semiconductor, deep-tech, or advanced hardware/software industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple searches across global locations and disciplines.
  • Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, etc.) and modern recruiting strategies.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, comfortable engaging both PhDs and executives.
  • A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, high-accountability environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional recruiting certification (SHRM-CP, AIRS, or LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
  • Prior experience recruiting in quantum, photonics, or advanced R&D environments.
  • Familiarity with global employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
