We are hiring for a Senior Technical Recruiter! You will handle the entire recruitment process as an individual contributor and act as a lead partner for the groups supported. From sourcing and engaging candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers, you will play a critical role in building our team. You'll work closely with the hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. This is a 12 month contractor role with directly with Arm.
Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Talent Partner: Work closely with the business and hiring managers in order to assess and define candidate requirements to recruit top-talent and guide on creative hiring strategy. Align with business as well as the hiring teams to build solutions for diversity, equity, and inclusion goals. Establish rapport and relationships across all levels and functions to support exponential growth and achieve hiring targets.
  • Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Use various channels (job boards, social media, events) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screening to evaluate candidates' qualifications and skills.
  • Candidate Experience and Engagement: Ensure a 'positive candidate experience'. Proactively engage passive candidates, apply various sourcing techniques and build relevant candidate pool. Provide timely feedback and communicate regularly with candidates.
  • Offer Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and people partners build competitive offers, using tools, benefits, and compensation. Apply functional knowledge and knowledge of candidate motivations and company offerings to skillfully navigate offers.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Regularly lead pipeline activity maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with hiring teams, including position and requisition management.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other networking opportunities. Partner with wider team and the recruitment marketing team on employer branding and social media strategy.

Required Skills and Experience :
  • Demonstrated ability and Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle with 8+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end Tech Recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in using innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
  • Proven track record in engaging and handling senior partners and acting as a 'Talent Advisor' and Ability to advise, influence, and handle a range of partners.
  • Proficiency with ATS and other recruitment tools (iCIMS preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge around Arm based CPUs and SoCs!
  • Experience recruiting with semi conductor talent segments such as Power, RTL, DFT, Verification, Design, Implementation Engineers and Architects.

The salary range for this role as contract assignment is $130,000 to $178,500. Additional benefits options are provided such as medical, dental, vision, and paid time off.

Salary Range:
$132,600-$179,400 per year
