This position is based in Denver, Colorado and candidates should reside within reasonable commuting distance, as this role requires on-site presence at least three days per week. Overview:
As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports the R&D team on various strategic projects, driving the planning and roll-out of projects from inception to completion
- Develops full-scale project plans including communication documents
- Identifies and manages project dependencies and critical path
- Set and continually manage project expectations with involved team members
- Works with leadership to create an integrated project plan and schedule to deliver projects; ensures tasks and responsibilities are clearly assigned
- Owns program management activities for active R&D integrations, including planning, status tracking, reporting, and meeting facilitation
- Drives key actions from our RCDOs (Rally Cry Defining Objectives aka OKRs), ensuring consistency and quality of data, program progress, and risks
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals
- Co-operates closely with cross-functional program managers, team-leaders, and R&D project teams
- Implements and manages changes and interventions to achieve project goals
- Provides regular reports on project progress, problems, and solutions
- Manages risks and issues, escalating to leadership where necessary
- Constantly evaluates project’s ability to meet its objectives and modify or reschedule project plans as required with support from leadership
Qualifications:
- 8+ years project/program management experience in a technology environment
- Experienced in supporting integration projects
- Demonstrated experience working within Agile software development methodologies including but not limited to Scrum, Kanban, XP, SAFe
- Experience leading technical projects in areas like infrastructure, agile software development, and product development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
- Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills targeting various stakeholders and senior management
- Ability to work independently on day-to-day initiatives with appropriate support from manager and teammates
- High attention to detail with strong facilitation and organization skills
- Strong desire to keep learning new things

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington Residents Only: The salary range for California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington residents is $100,000 to $135,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
