  • Partner with Product and Technical Leads on backlog planning, prioritization, and delivery sequencing.
  • Collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure delivery continuity, knowledge sharing, and role backup.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on client feedback and lessons learned.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in engineering or technical delivery roles.
  • Proven experience managing medium- to large-scale technical projects involving software development, systems integration, cloud platforms, or enterprise applications.
  • Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, systems integration, and software development lifecycle concepts.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives and distributed teams in client-facing and outsourcing delivery environments.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup-like environments with evolving responsibilities;
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, risk management, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in contact center, CX, IVR, or related technical domains.
