About Rhythm
Rhythm is redefining the future of remote cardiac monitoring. Our all-in-one platform combines advanced technology with a dedicated clinical/admin support team to help practices streamline workflows, improve patient outcomes, and drive revenue — without adding administrative burden. We serve cardiology device clinics, hospitals, and health systems across the U.S., providing unmatched reliability, service, and integration.
Role overview
Lead client-facing implementations for new customers and drive EHR/EMR integrations for existing customers. Own the project plan end-to-end and contribute directly to hands-on data validation. You’ll coordinate internal teams and vendors, translate requirements into executable work, and ensure integrations meet clinical, operational, and compliance needs. This is a hands-on role. You will contribute directly to project execution, including data validation and system readiness, while ensuring that go-lives occur smoothly and set the foundation for long-term client success. You’ll translate complex requirements into clear, executable work plans and maintain accountability across all phases of delivery.
What you’ll do:
- Own implementations end-to-end: Scope, plan, and deliver new client onboarding and EHR integrations on time and within scope/SOW.
- Client leadership: Serve as primary point of contact. Run standing status calls, set expectations, surface risks, and manage executive updates.
- Integration delivery: Coordinate HL7/FHIR interfaces and data mappings with client IT, EHR vendors, and internal engineering.
- Hands-on data work: Write and review basic SQL for data validation, QA, and ad-hoc analysis; verify payloads, schemas, and transformations.
- Workflow design: Translate client workflows into integration requirements and acceptance criteria; document interface specs and field mappings.
- Project governance: Build and maintain RAID logs, timelines, resourcing plans, change requests, and cutover plans; drive go-live readiness.
- Cross-functional coordination: Partner with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success; ensure smooth handoff to post-go-live support.
- Quality and compliance: Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI; enforce data quality gates and backward/forward compatibility for interfaces.
- Process improvement: Standardize templates, playbooks, and SOPs to shorten time-to-value and reduce rework across implementations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of project or program management experience delivering technical integrations in healthcare or health tech.
- Proven client-facing leadership with enterprise customers; confident running executive-level communications and escalations.
- EHR/EMR integration experience with HL7 v2 (ADT/ORM/ORU/SIU), and working familiarity with FHIR resources.
- SQL proficiency sufficient to self-serve data validation and triage (read/modify queries generated by AI tools when needed).
- Salesforce experience, including reporting and data validation.
- Strong project fundamentals: scope control, schedules, dependencies, risk management, change management, and measurable outcomes.
- Excellent documentation skills: interface specs, mapping documents, test plans, and runbooks.
- Healthcare data literacy: identifiers, encounter logic, coding systems (ICD, CPT), and PHI handling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Redox for interface orchestration.
- Experience with major EHRs (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks) and interface engines (e.g., Mirth Connect).
- Familiarity with API-based integrations, file drops, SFTP, and event-driven workflows.
- Exposure to analytics stacks (e.g., Sigma or Looker)
How You'll be Measured:
- Time-to-milestone and on-time go-lives.
- Defect and rework rates across interface testing and post-go-live.
- Client satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and stakeholder feedback.
- Forecast accuracy against scope, resources, and budget.
- Reuse of artifacts and playbooks across subsequent implementations.
Tools you may use here:
Jira, Salesforce, SQL, Notion, Redox, Sigm
Work setup:
- Remote within the U.S.
- Occasional travel for kickoff, testing, or go-live support as needed.
