Location Details: United States - remote
At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) , and some work entirely remotely.
This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.
This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands. GoDaddy is not currently considering candidates for this role in California, Seattle, or NYC.

The Customer Engagement Team advances customer value by providing the insights, communication capabilities, and experimentation framework to deliver personalized guidance from GoDaddy to our customers across multiple touch points!
What you'll get to do...
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and CET Operations to create quarterly work plans that align with team capacity, partner priorities, and business value.
- Partner with CET engineers, operations teams, and external partners (such as Marketing) to design execution plans, define milestones, establish coordination frameworks, and provide weekly progress updates.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to identify potential limitations, anticipate new capabilities, and develop proposals that maximize partner value.
- Engage with systems such as databases, APIs, and Generative AI tools to ensure clarity and shared understanding across Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and partner teams.
Your experience should include...
- 5+ years managing cross-functional technical programs across engineering, product, QA, and operations.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, architecture patterns, engineering practices, and system design fundamentals.
- Proven experience driving programs with measurable business outcomes, including leading major product launches and managing complex API and integration projects.
- Skilled in project planning, execution, dependency management, and proactively mitigating technical/operational risks.
- Experienced in optimizing workflows (Agile, Scrum) and translating complex technical concepts for non-technical partners.
You might also have...
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degrees (MBA, MS) may substitute for some experience.
- Professional certifications in project/program management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master).
- Experience with marketing technology platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Message-Gears, or similar tools.
