Senior Technical Program Manager

About This Role

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our growing team and lead high-impact initiatives across our product and technology portfolios. This role is designed for a seasoned TPM who thrives in navigating ambiguity, driving alignment across multiple teams, and enabling scalable execution across the organization.

As a TPM embedded within our broader program management function, you’ll play a critical role in managing interdependencies across teams, aligning capacity with priorities, and implementing scalable processes to support execution at every stage of the product development lifecycle. While this is not a design-only role, prior experience working with design teams and understanding creative workflows will be a strong asset as you contribute to portfolio-level coordination.

This is a highly visible role with significant opportunity to influence how we plan, execute, and scale product delivery. If you’re someone who brings a balance of strategic insight, technical fluency, and tactical execution - and you love connecting the dots across people, systems, and priorities we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through delivery - managing scope, schedules, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner closely with other lead TPMs, and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Design to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, ensuring prioritization and capacity alignment.
  • Facilitate technical discovery and scoping processes, helping teams clarify goals, assess feasibility, and make informed trade-offs early.
  • Identify and manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams, proactively removing blockers and enabling seamless execution.
  • Help evolve program delivery frameworks, tools, and rituals to improve team effectiveness and consistency at scale.
  • Champion operational excellence by refining workflows, automating reporting, and supporting metrics-driven decision-making.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively at all levels of the organization—adapting communication style for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with other TPMs to align on shared practices, scale cross-functional processes, and lead portfolio-level initiatives.
We’re Excited About You Because You Have:
  • 6+ years of experience (or equivalent) as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of managing and delivering complex, multi-team initiatives with high strategic value.
  • Deep experience working with engineering and product teams, and comfort interfacing with creative or design organizations.
  • Strong fluency with technical concepts and systems thinking - you can understand technical architecture and ask the right questions to align on approach.
  • Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), with the ability to configure workflows and dashboards for clarity and insight.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills - you bring structure and clarity in ambiguous situations and build trust across teams.
  • A bias for action and a proactive mindset - you’re energized by solving problems and creating leverage for others.
  • Ability to operate at multiple altitudes - from strategic planning to executional details.
  • Comfort working across a broad portfolio of initiatives, even outside your domain expertise.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience contributing to organizational-level practices (e.g., onboarding programs, documentation standards, cross-functional rituals).
  • Exposure to user-facing product development and a passion for improving customer experiences.

Familiarity with scaling teams and processes in a high-growth or evolving organizational environment.
