About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) with 10+ years of experience to drive high-impact engineering programs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapidly evolving landscapes, balancing technical execution with strategic planning. You will work cross-functionally to align engineering efforts with business goals, streamline Agile processes, and remove roadblocks to accelerate delivery. Success in this role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership, and a passion for scaling processes in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical programs from planning to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Align engineering roadmaps with business objectives, tracking progress through Agile tools
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers to optimize delivery
- Foster cross-team collaboration, ensuring alignment between engineering and product
- Implement Agile best practices and drive process improvements for efficiency
- Own stakeholder communication, providing clear status updates and reporting
- Promote a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous learning
Ideal Background:
- 10+ years in technical program management, Scrum, or Agile leadership
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent preferred
- Strong technical foundation in software development, cloud architecture, and distributed systems
- Proven experience leading multiple Scrum teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
