Dandy is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our rapidly scaling technology organization. In the role you'll be challenged to learn new technologies, given the freedom to solve problems on your own, and will learn by doing.

We are creating next-generation experiences across the evolving Dandy Supply Chain stack. This is the backbone of the manufacturing side of the business, responsible for helping plan, route, organize and deliver on the world’s largest custom manufacturing business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Orchestrate and Drive Technical Programs: Lead the execution and delivery of complex, large-scale technical programs for International Launches, spanning multiple engineering teams and business functions.

  • Define Scope and Manage Readiness: Partner with stakeholders to define program scope, timelines, and success metrics, and manage the end-to-end technical readiness for new market launches, coordinating efforts across all relevant engineering and data teams.

  • Manage Timelines, Dependencies and Risk: Actively manage technical dependencies, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and resolve cross-team execution bottlenecks to ensure successful delivery.

  • Maintain Program Visibility and Alignment: Establish clear communication, develop comprehensive roadmaps, milestone tracking, and program timelines to keep all stakeholders informed, aligned, and accountable.

  • Facilitate Technical Decisions: Drive technical decision-making and architectural trade-offs to ensure the global platform is scalable, performant, and resilient across diverse international technical landscapes.

  • Resolve Blockers and Mitigate Risk: Actively identify and resolve cross-team dependencies, resource conflicts, and execution bottlenecks before they impact delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of Technical Program Management experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment

  • experience with defining Roadmaps across multiple stakeholders

  • unpacking, understanding, and communicating tradeoff decisions

  • the ability to manage large initiatives while sweating the details

  • excellent project management skills

  • host reviews with senior leads to understand competing needs, and help plan and communicate strategy to address them

  • work closely with product managers, technical leads, and UX designers to identify and solve real-world customer problems and business opportunities

  • work with stakeholders teams to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, and risks
