About the role

LifeMD is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic product initiatives on our Virtual Primary Care platform. This role is responsible for defining the product vision for key domains, translating business goals into actionable roadmaps, and partnering closely with Product Owners, Product Design, Engineering, and Clinical Operations to deliver high-impact patient and provider experiences.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution discipline. You understand healthcare workflows, thrive in cross-functional environments, and bring clarity to complex challenges while delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership

  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the VPC Platform
  • Conduct research to understand patient, provider, and operational needs; synthesize findings into strategic recommendations
  • Translate company goals into clear product initiatives with measurable KPIs and success criteria
  • Prioritize work based on business impact, clinical quality, operational efficiency, and technical feasibility
  • Manage and mentor the tech product team consisting of product owners and designers

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Collaborate deeply with Engineering, Clinical Operations, RCM, Pharmacy, Customer Support, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and readiness for launches
  • Act as the primary domain expert, ensuring stakeholders remain informed and aligned on product direction
  • Drive strategic conversations that balance speed, compliance, and patient safety in a regulated environment

Execution & Delivery

  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog reflects strategic priorities and is ready for sprint execution
  • Ensure features include business requirements, user flows, acceptance criteria, and dependencies
  • Partner with Engineering leadership to scope work, negotiate trade-offs, and ensure timely, high-quality releases
  • Validate solutions through QA, clinical review, and operational fit prior to launch

User Experience & Customer Insights

  • Partner with Product Designers to develop intuitive and accessible patient and provider experiences
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, workflow shadowing, and feedback loops to inform decisions
  • Translate complex healthcare or billing workflows into simple, usable digital experiences

Measurement & Continuous Optimization

  • Define KPI frameworks and track product performance, operational impact, and patient/provider outcomes
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify areas of improvement and guide optimization cycles
  • Own post-launch retros, incorporate learnings into future work, and maintain continuous improvement pipelines

Requirements
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience in SaaS, healthcare, telehealth, fintech, or other regulated industries
  • Proven ability to own a product domain and deliver meaningful business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level interactions
  • Experience writing business requirements, product specifications, and success metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to partner with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting seamlessly between strategy and hands-on execution
