About the Role

GoodRx is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Brand Drug Solutions team to help scale our Manufacturer Solutions business. This Senior Product Manager will build and enhance solutions to improve medication access and affordability while strengthening our tech stack and processes to support our growing business. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can deeply understand and meet complex user, manufacturer partner and business needs, and a strong operator who can execute effectively and efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Collaboration is key to this role and the right candidate will build robust relationships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders, driving alignment with all parties to deliver user and business impact. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap to enhance and scale our access and affordability solutions and the tech stack that powers these solutions, ensuring alignment with user, manufacturer partner and business needs 

  • Work closely with a wide range of teams, stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive product development from need and ideation to launch and optimization 

  • Define goals and success with clearly measurable objectives and key results

  • Make informed product decisions leveraging quantitative data, qualitative insights and market feedback 

  • Oversee the assessment and product development of manufacturer partner-driven needs, determining if and how partner requests are implemented by evaluating tradeoffs

  • Implement feature enhancements in an efficient and scalable way, leveraging internal tooling where appropriate

  • Maintain up-to-date product guidelines, implementation rules and templates for internal users

  • Ensure internal users stay current with and are trained on our tools, templates and guidelines

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management

  • Worked on a diverse set of problems to drive measurable impact.

  • Navigated ambiguity and created solutions with limited information.

  • Built strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

  • Collaborated effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Developed strategies that addressed market needs and aligned with business priorities.

  • Advocated for product needs within the broader business context.

  • Balanced short-term priorities with long-term goals.

  • Applied technical fluency and UX expertise to product development.

  • Defined KPIs and reporting and used data analysis to drive optimizations and enhancements.

  • Demonstrated customer empathy and curiosity for users and manufacturer partners.

  • Communicated concisely and influenced decisions to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Experience in healthcare is preferred 

  • Experience working with sales teams and external clients is a plus

At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired. The pay ranges below are shown as a guideline, and the successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and other relevant business and organizational factors. These pay zones may be modified in the future. Please contact your recruiter for additional information.

San Francisco and Seattle Offices:

$161,000.00 - $257,000.00

New York Office:

$147,000.00 - $235,000.00

Santa Monica Office:

$134,000.00 - $214,000.00

Other Office Locations:

$121,000.00 - $193,000.00
