We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Training Consultant to join Zscaler Cyber Academy. This is a remote role for the USA. Reporting to the Head of Technical Training Delivery, you will be responsible for:
- Working with all levels of customers to create long term education solutions based on their specific needs
- Delivering modular curricula supported by hands-on labs tailored to diverse audiences
- Collaborating with the content team to create interactive, hybrid learning experiences and lab environments
- Staying informed about Zscaler products and cybersecurity advancements in order to provide the most appropriate education solution for each customer
- Maintaining the highest delivery quality standards while being flexible regarding mode of delivery and content
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity or networking SaaS roles (e.g., instructor, network engineer, support engineer)
- 5+ years delivering technical learning materials with proven outstanding feedback
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical material into accessible formats for diverse audiences
- Strong knowledge of hands-on labs, LMS platforms, and tools for interactive learning delivery
- Ability to travel 25-50%
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, or Node.js)
- Experience creating modular and API-based learning solutions
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.
Base Pay Range
$105,000—$150,000 USD
