You will partner closely with program leads and subject matter experts to translate real-world challenges into engaging scenario-based learning experiences. Using storytelling, interactive learning design, and modern learning approaches, you will create scalable training that reaches a global audience and supports continuous readiness. The role requires creativity, strong stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to transform complex escalation concepts into clear, impactful learning that influences how teams think, decide, and act.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scenario-based learning experiences that prepare teams to make effective decisions during complex escalation and support situations.

- Build scalable online learning programs that support continuous readiness across global teams.
- Create engaging learning content including storyboards, scripts, videos, and interactive training modules.
- Develop training that focuses on judgment, decision-making, and behavior change, not just procedural or tool-based instruction.
- Partner closely with program leads, escalation owners, and subject matter experts to gather insights and refine learning scenarios.
- Design training that helps teams anticipate risks, evaluate trade-offs, and choose appropriate escalation paths under pressure.
- Apply modern learning approaches such as scenario-based learning, adaptive learning, and AI-assisted learning concepts.
- Ensure learning programs are adaptable and effective across multiple roles, regions, and global audiences.
- Manage the lifecycle of learning deliverables including planning, development, feedback cycles, and global release readiness.
- Iterate on learning materials based on stakeholder feedback, engagement metrics, and program effectiveness signals.
- Provide guidance on scaling learning globally and tailoring messaging to different audiences and roles.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, particularly designing learning experiences that build decision-making and judgment skills.

- Experience developing scalable online training programs for enterprise or global audiences.
- Ability to translate complex business concepts into clear, human-centered learning experiences.
- Strong storytelling and communication skills for creating engaging learning narratives.
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders, SMEs, and program leads to develop learning content.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous or evolving environments with iterative development cycles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple learning deliverables and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing learning for high-pressure operational environments, such as support escalation, incident response, or decision-critical workflows.
- Familiarity with agentic or AI-assisted learning approaches, adaptive learning, or guided decision frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with instructional design and learning development tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent platforms).
- Experience producing or supporting video-based learning content and multimedia learning assets.
- Background in learning strategy, change management, or organizational transformation programs.
- Experience delivering learning programs for large global organizations or cross-regional audiences.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and shape learning strategy beyond content creation.
