About the Role

As a Senior Tech Recruiter at Teramind, you will play a critical role in driving the talent acquisition process and ensuring the growth and success of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, attract, and engage with top-tier engineering candidates who align with our company culture and possess the skills and experience needed to excel in their roles. Adherence to local time zones (UTC+7, UTC+8, or UTC+9) is required, with US EST time zone overlap required for up to 5 hours weekly.


Your day-to-day

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from gathering position requirements to extending job offers.
• Develop and implement effective search strategies to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
• Take the lead in implementing innovative ideas to enhance talent acquisition practices.
• Perform any other assigned duties as required.


Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Proactive and highly energetic, driven by a strong passion for recruitment.
• Sensitive to the challenges and needs of growing businesses, especially those of a scaling start-up.
• Proven ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and quickly adapt to changing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven recruitment success for Senior/Principal-level engineering positions.
• Strong experience in tech recruiting, B2B SaaS company experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at all levels in a professional, articulate manner.
• Ability to work with minimal direction.
• Experience with standard recruiting systems: LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS's (Lever preferred), AI sourcing platforms.
• Advanced/fluent spoken and written English

About our recruitment process

We don’t expect a perfect fit for every requirement we’ve outlined. If you can see yourself contributing to the team, we want to hear your story. You can expect up to 3 interviews. In some scenarios, we’re able to streamline the process to have minimal rounds. Director-level roles and above should expect a more thorough process, with multiple rounds of interviews.
