As a Senior Talent Partner, you’ll partner with design and product leaders to assemble teams that build meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you won’t just lead candidates through full-cycle hiring — you’ll shape a hiring experience that’s clear, inclusive, efficient, and human.
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and curiosity, and who believes great hiring is as much about people and relationships as it is about process.
Intentionally remote and globally distributed across six continents, our team thrives in a culture that values flexibility, creativity, and cutting-edge technology. Together, we’re shaping the future of digital experiences.
- Own full-cycle recruiting for complex Product and Design roles, identifying and engaging top talent across disciplines such as Product Design, Product Management, Content Design, and UX Research.
- Operate as a trusted hiring partner to Product and Design leaders, translating business needs into clear hiring strategies and evolving practices as the organization scales.
- Manage multiple roles simultaneously, balancing pipelines and priorities across positions of varying seniority, scope, and urgency.
- Create and uphold a candidate experience that’s second to none — ensuring it’s thoughtful, responsive, and human.
- Partner closely with external recruiting agencies, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring efforts are aligned with hiring priorities and quality standards.
- Build and maintain strong, forward-looking candidate pipelines and lead cross-functional initiatives that improve hiring efficiency, consistency, and collaboration.
- Collaborate with hiring leaders, strengthening and influencing how we hire at scale, and thrive in building strong, meaningful relationships across teams.
- Create sustainable candidate pipelines that enable timely, high-quality hiring across complex technical roles.
- Become a trusted hiring partner to technical leaders, guiding role definition, interview design, and decision-making with clarity and confidence.
- Strengthen process, tooling, and agency partnerships that make recruiting more effective and sustainable.
- Deliver high-quality technical hires across priority roles, partnering closely with engineering, design, and product leaders to fill complex positions efficiently and thoughtfully.
- Assemble teams that build meaningful digital experiences across a global, remote-first organization.
- You have 5+ years experience recruiting and sourcing candidates for Product & Design roles in a fast-paced agency environment.
- You value process, clarity, momentum, and care.
- You treat candidate experience as a core part of the craft—creating hiring journeys that are clear, respectful, and reflective of our values. Your interactions with candidates reflect care, clarity, and respect for people’s time.
- You are an expert in learning new tools and technologies - utilizing and maximizing a typical talent tech stack (Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Deel, Notion, Slack, etc.)
- You communicate clearly in both written and verbal contexts, balance competing priorities with ease, and sweat the small stuff — attention to detail is your M.O.
- You consider yourself a matchmaker; you know how to pivot during the interview process and ask the right questions to find the best suited candidate for the role.
We offer competitive salaries and benefits. Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, other job-related qualifications, geographic location, and business needs.
