Client Engagement & Project Delivery
- Collaborate with service line leaders, business development teams, and client relationship executives to scope projects and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Communicate and coordinate with client project teams to execute engagement steps, including:
- Data gathering from multiple sources
- Conducting interviews, focus groups, and surveys
- Analyzing and summarizing data for diverse audiences
- Presenting findings and recommendations to executives and boards
Training & Facilitation
- Design and deliver high-impact training content on talent management and organizational design.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sessions for leadership, management, and staff.
- Present at select conferences and industry events.
Subject Matter Expertise
- Lead initiatives in:
- People strategy and workforce planning
- Organizational structure and role alignment
- Performance management systems and HRIS optimization
- Succession planning and leadership pipeline development
- Executive and management recruitment
- HR policy development and compliance reviews
Advisory & Innovation
- Advise internal and external stakeholders on best practices, innovations, and regulatory updates.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell services and contribute to proposal development.
Secondary Responsibilities

- 7+ years in a Senior HR Generalist or Organizational Development role.
- 5+ years of consulting experience strongly preferred.
Travel
- Up to 20% travel to client sites and conferences as needed.
