Collaborate with the Growth Organization Team to identify training needs, source and organize content, and align programs with organizational goals, resulting in measurable improvements in associate performance and engagement.
Coordinate and facilitate internal development opportunities to improve associate knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise
Design scalable, engaging learning programs tied to business goals.

The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 - $108,000, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. Job Summary
The Senior Talent Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in enhancing the professional growth of our associates, driving organizational success through innovative and impactful development programs.
Essential Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Growth Organization Team to identify training needs, source and organize content, and align programs with organizational goals, resulting in measurable improvements in associate performance and engagement.
- Support learning deployment by establishing learning tracks, training videos, and webinars to optimize access to learning content
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to align learning solutions with firm strategy
- Leverage technology, internal subject matter experts, and external vendor relationships to scale learning throughout the organization
- Customize and adapt learning content to maximize the effectiveness of off-the-shelf resources, such as existing vendor training and LinkedIn Learning
- Monitor and evaluate learning content to ensure it remains current and effective
- Use metrics to demonstrate learning effectiveness, including the associate's ability to apply knowledge, deliver on work, and utilize training resources
Coordinate and facilitate internal development opportunities to improve associate knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise
- Focus learning experiences on dialogue, interaction, practice, and feedback, primarily experiential learning
- Provide feedback to learners that supports independence and encourages the transfer of knowledge to behavioral change
- Serve as an ongoing advisor to reinforce learning and practical application of concepts being taught
- Manage course agendas and activities, balancing flexibility to address learner concerns with time constraints
- Engage associates in active learning experiences by facilitating non-technical content that appeals to various learning styles and provides meaning to the learner
- Coach work teams and associates towards higher levels of team effectiveness and performance
Design scalable, engaging learning programs tied to business goals.
- Build curriculum across modalities.
- Translate insights into targeted development solutions.
- Support or design development programs for business development or sales professionals.
- Create structured learning journeys that help Business Development teams grow skills over time.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, or related discipline
- 3+ years' experience working in a Talent and Organizational Development related field
- 3+ years' experience facilitating non-technical training
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Experience with instruction design tools such as Articulate Rise
- Hands-on, doer mindset
- Strong communicator and relationship builder
- Curious and self-motivated
- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proven experience in professional services, sales, or business development, demonstrating the ability to drive impactful learning initiatives that enhance business outcomes.
- Ability to create strong relationships and influence across levels.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Advanced in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficient in Word and Outlook.
- Ability to use software used in design and delivery of learning.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively.
- Ability to work with an outward mindset toward our internal clients
