Work Schedule: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST (hours may vary, dependent upon business need)

Location: Remote - India. Candidates MUST reside in India to be considered.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the recruitment process and help build a high-performing team that will support our company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across multiple domains, including tech, product, design, and non-tech roles. By collaborating closely with hiring managers, you will design effective recruitment strategies, optimize candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding. The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a SaaS or product-based organization, and possess strong sourcing and recruitment skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative, customized sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards, social media, networking events, talent pools, etc.) to identify and attract top-tier talent, including leadership positions.

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of highly qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs, ensuring readiness for key roles.

  • Screen resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting phone or video interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, negotiating compensation packages, coordinating assessment tests, and reference checks.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing expert guidance on market conditions, candidate availability, and recruiting best practices.

  • Provide regular updates and recruitment progress reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration throughout the hiring process.

  • Develop and implement employer branding strategies to position Real as an attractive employer in the market and align with Global Talent Acquisition branding strategies.

  • Mentor and coach peers, sharing expertise and best practices to develop the team's capabilities and performance.

  • Partner with the Director of Talent Acquisition to refine recruitment processes, implement efficiencies, and drive innovation in global talent acquisition.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

  • Champion a world-class candidate experience by maintaining timely, transparent, and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and candidate satisfaction.

  • Leverage data insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Director of Talent Acquisition to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational initiatives.

  • Provide regular updates and feedback to the Director of Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and leadership regarding the status of recruitment efforts.

  • Manage recruitment advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, etc.).

  • Utilize social media platforms to promote open roles, connect with potential candidates, and engage passive job seekers.

  • Drive diversity and inclusion efforts through tailored sourcing and recruitment initiatives.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Experience in recruiting for tech, non-tech, product, and design roles in a SaaS environment.

  • Proven experience leading global staffing efforts specializing in high-impact, leadership, and niche roles.

  • Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.

  • Ability to create and execute strategies that enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top-tier talent.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and influence hiring decisions.

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Ashby), job portals (Naukri, iimjobs.com, etc.), recruitment software, and collaboration tools such as Google Suite and Slack. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is highly preferred.  

  • Ability to track, analyze, and leverage recruitment data to inform decision-making and improve processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to thoroughly evaluate candidates to ensure a strong fit.

  • A self-starter who anticipates hiring needs and identifies potential candidates ahead of time.

  • Flexible in adapting to changing hiring priorities and organizational needs.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for global product-based or SaaS companies, or recruitment agencies specializing in tech, product, and design roles.
