About the Role:

Abacus Insights is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Technical) to lead fully-cycle recruiting efforts with a primary focus on our technical teams.  Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in executing our aggressive hiring roadmap and helping build high-performing, mission-driven teams that are transforming healthcare through data.  While your core focus will be on technical talent, you’ll also have the opportunity to support hiring across outer functions as needed.  You will work in close partnership with hiring managers and the Director, Talent Acquisition to attract top tier talent, while leveraging automation and AI tools to drive efficiency and scale.

You Will:

  • Lead Technical Recruiting –Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.  Flex into other areas to support broader hiring needs as priorities shift.
  • Partner Strategically – Collaborate with hiring managers and the Director, Talent Acquisition to understand team needs, shape job requirements, and deliver tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Source Creatively and Efficiently – Build diverse pipelines using a mix of traditional sourcing methods and AI-powered tools to identify and engage top talent.
  • Champion Automation, AI, and Process Improvements – Support the implementation and optimization of recruiting technologies that automate repetitive tasks and improve team productivity. Help refine workflows, interview practices, and reporting frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency across the recruiting function.
  • Enhance Candidate Experience – Deliver a thoughtful, inclusive, and engaging candidate journey that reflects our values and strengths our employer brand.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5 – 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (engineering, product, or data)
  • Proven success hiring in fast-paced, high-growth environments – ideally in technology or healthcare.
  • Experience using recruiting automation tools and AI-driven sourcing platforms. Greenhouse experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates alike.
  • Passion for mission-driven work and a desire to help build teams that make a meaningful impact on business success.
