Openly is looking to hire a passionate, dynamic, and highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will execute a talent strategy that will meet the needs of our growing business. In this role, you will use a consultative approach to build relationships with hiring leaders, strategically source talent, and ensure a fast-moving process throughout the entire recruiting process.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on attracting an engaged and diverse candidate pool for our open roles, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the interview process. This role is a member of our People & Culture team and reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for assigned requisitions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to facilitate the entire recruitment process, from opening a search through offer extension.
- Source candidates using various methods and tools, including employee referrals, company career site, social media, job boards, associations/user groups, and university alumni resources.
- Screen candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their motivators.
- Assist with onboarding initiatives to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Openly's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers regarding market employment trends, compensation, skills/attributes, target companies, recruitment strategies, interviewing/assessments, and sourcing tactics.
- Be a culture ambassador, promoting Openly's values and mission.
- Influence and educate hiring teams on best interviewing practices and skills.
- Find new and innovative ways to engage with the best talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of focused full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning candidate experience from sourcing through to offer, for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate delicate and confidential information.
- A track record of negotiating and navigating compensation conversations
- Experience working with multiple hiring managers to identify and develop tailored job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
- Track record of creatively sourcing and hiring talent in a geographically dispersed organization.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Exceptional judgment capabilities and relationship management skills.
- Attentive to detail and well-organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills, with the ability to deliver a compelling story to prospective candidates.
Compensation & Benefits:
The target salary range represents the budgeted salary range for this position. Actual compensation for this position will be determined based on the successful candidate's experience and skills. We are committed to providing a compensation package that not only reflects the responsibilities and requirements of the role, but also the unique expertise that the chosen candidate will bring to our team.
The full salary range shows the min to max salary range for this position. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications and determined based on various factors including the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
