About the Role
As a Senior Systems Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to lead and evolve enterprise identity, cloud, and endpoint solutions. Specifically, your focus will be to:
- Manage and modernize Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD) for identity governance and access control
- Design, deploy, and manage Azure workloads for scalability, security, and cost optimization
- Administer and optimize Windows and macOS endpoints using Microsoft Intune and Jamf Pro
- Lead patch and vulnerability management across Windows and macOS environments
- Act as Level 3 escalation support and drive root cause analysis for complex infrastructure issues
- Execute the IT roadmap and lead proof-of-concept deployments for new Microsoft and Apple enterprise capabilities
- Mentor junior engineers and serve as a subject matter expert in identity, endpoint, and cloud technologies
The skills and qualities you'll bring include:
- Expertise in Intune, Jamf Pro, Active Directory, Entra ID, and Azure
- Strong background in Windows Server, macOS, and enterprise endpoint management
- Experience with hybrid identity, SSO, MFA, and conditional access
- Proficiency in PowerShell and automation/scripting
- Strong incident resolution and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Strategic thinking and ability to execute technology roadmaps
- Experience with patch/vulnerability management and compliance frameworks
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor peers
- Commitment to business continuity and system availability
