BAE Systems is seeking a Huntsville, AL-based Systems Engineer to join a growing team developing cutting-edge capabilities in multimodal/multifunction seekers. You will serve as a technical lead within the SureStrike™ product team focused on ATA and ATR algorithm maturity, implementation, and demonstration. Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years' experience
- Must hold a Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Experienced in sensor algorithm development and operational deployment
- Possess a balanced experience mix in signal/image processing, target tracking, data fusion, embedded systems, and simulation
- Excellent communication and briefing skills
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Advanced (MS or higher) degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience with sensor architecture development, requirements derivation, and trade studies
- Knowledge of imaging sensor modalities
