We are looking for a Principal Systems Analyst who will drive the end user experience with your technical competence, initiative, and brokerage knowledge to support our integration products and services.

The Expertise You Have 

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related technology preferred.
  • 5+ years professional experience as a Systems Analyst for software solutions
  • Strong understanding of financial or brokerage industry
  • Demonstrable experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
  • Proficiency in:
    • API technologies: REST, SOAP
    • Data formats and configuration languages: JSON, YAML
    • API testing tools: Insomnia, Bruno
    • SQL and relational databases, Python and scripting
    • Monitoring tools: Splunk, Datadog
  • Working knowledge of API authentication models [JWT, 2Way SSL]

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead business and systems analysis for complex, multi-platform technology initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, interpret, and document detailed system requirements.
  • Conduct gap analyses, evaluate existing system logic, and recommend enhancements or new solutions.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and process flows for current and future state systems.
  • Provide technical analysis and support across middleware, backend, APIs, and data layers to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives
  • Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and guide other analysts in documentation best practices.
  • Evaluate system designs for functionality, performance, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the evolution of documentation standards and Agile practices.
  • Manage issues and drive resolution across multiple concurrent initiatives and sub-initiatives.

Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 32,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 114,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is not available for independent contractors
