POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will transform raw data into actionable insights that lead to cost and waste reduction, improved efficiency, and problem solving. The position requires attention to detail, in-depth understanding of healthcare supply chain functions, and exceptional analytic skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
- Collects and analyzes data from various internal and external sources on all areas of supply chain operations (goods and services spend, contracts, RFPs, inventory, freight, etc.) to develop actionable insights and performance improvement.
- Measures and trends monthly supply chain performance; works with supply chain leadership to develop KPIs and targets.
- Ensures data is accurate and high quality; identifies opportunities for data quality improvements that lead to reporting automation and efficiency.
- Develops and publishes standard reports to be used by supply chain functional teams to enhance and inform their workflows.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical solutions.
- Analyzes work processes with the objective of driving efficiency, service level improvement and cost reduction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, data science, business or related fields.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:
Certified Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM), or similar preferred
EXPERIENCE:
5 years’ data analytics, reporting, decision support
2 years’ healthcare supply chain
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA):
- Excellent mathematical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Able to mine, model, trend, and track data from the ERP and other sources.
- Knowledge of programming languages (SQL).
- Working knowledge of Procure to Pay (P2P), Group Purchasing Organizations, inventory management, contracting, value analysis, and strategic sourcing processes and data.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Advanced Excel skills required.
- EPIC/Crystal reports, Infor, and Tableau knowledge highly desired
