We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supplier Program Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for key suppliers supporting the procurement and contracting for complex products, services, and strategic partnerships. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of supplier relationships, including contracting, technical, commercial, quality, delivery, and in-service performance.
You will lead the development and execution of supplier strategies that align with enterprise procurement objectives, ensuring contractual compliance, performance to plan, and the successful delivery of products and services. This includes managing statements of work (SOWs), contractual commitments, RAAs (Responsibility, Accountability, and Authority matrices), and performance metrics to drive operational excellence and mitigate risk.
In collaboration with cross-functional partners in engineering, legal, quality, IT, security, and operations, you will establish and maintain a comprehensive plan to accelerate compliant contracting, monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and foster continuous improvement. This role plays a key part in enabling supplier development, enhancing supply chain resilience, and delivering long-term business value.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, managing day-to-day communication and long-term relationship development
- Conducts oversight and management of strategies, performance, and development of large-scale products and services
- Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals
- Acquires resources for projects and processes
- Provides technical management of suppliers and lead process improvements
- Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, and junior team members
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams in engineering, quality, legal, IT, security, and operations to support integrated supplier and product management
- Identify and resolve supply chain risks related to security, capacity, capability, or delivery disruptions through proactive supplier engagement
- Support supplier development initiatives, including performance improvement plans, business reviews, and corrective action management
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements across all supplier engagements
- Establish and maintain operating plans and governance frameworks to track supplier performance to plan and drive accountability
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in supplier management, procurement, supply chain, or program management
- Experience managing relationships with SAAS products
- Strong understanding of supplier performance metrics, contract management, and statements of work
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex supplier relationships
- Experience working with ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa) and CLMs
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and drive decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with risk mitigation, supplier development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven track record of successful mentorship or experience with people management
- Knowledge of government or defense procurement regulations (e.g., FAR/DFARS), if applicable
- Experience with global supply chains and managing international suppliers
- Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Excel for supplier performance tracking
- Pilot or aviation enthusiast
